By using Edwin Strong (the "App") and edwinstrong.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The Service

Edwin Strong provides AI-powered workout programming, breathwork guidance, mental discipline tools, stress tracking, and personal coaching through a mobile application and website. The service is designed for adults aged 16 and older.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
• Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute, resell, or share coaching content, workout programs, or form check feedback.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the AI systems or proprietary algorithms.
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content through form check or messaging features.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Health Disclaimer

Edwin Strong is not a medical service. The workouts, breathwork sessions, and wellness tools provided are for general fitness and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• Edwin Strong and Edwin Grant are not liable for injuries sustained during workouts.

Form Check Videos

Videos submitted for form review are stored securely and reviewed only by Edwin Grant. By submitting a video, you grant Edwin Strong the right to view and provide feedback on the content. Videos are not shared publicly or with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, workout programs, AI systems, branding, and materials in the App and Website are the property of Edwin Strong. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@edwinstrong.com.

Limitation of Liability

Edwin Strong is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of workout recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edwin Strong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
